Qian (Chian) holds a Special Education Parent Consult certificate from the Federation for Children with Special Needs. She is also a certified mediator for Massachusetts small claims court.
To continually enhance her professional capabilities in Special Education Advocacy, she actively participates in various conferences and training, including the Wrightslaw, 2e, transitional planning, the Family Leadership Training Series (DDS), etc.
These trainings deepen her understanding of the field of special education, enabling her to provide comprehensive and effective support to families.

She founded Qian Special Education Advocate.
She is a co-founder and board member of the non-profit organization iCan Fly.
She has helped many families with their journey with special education.
Her guiding principle is "No child should be left behind."
She is dedicated to professionalism, striving to offer parents the most accurate, practical, and cutting-edge information.
Her goal is to help families bridge information gaps in the shortest possible time, and better comprehend, and navigate the American special education system.
